Day 19: yucky weather drives us to a half day

We woke up warm and comfy inside the shelter. Becca too. Becca is now a sheltering, at least when the weather is shit and several old men are not repeating themselves in asinine conversations.

But the weather was absolutely terrible and the wind and rain just wouldn't stop.
So we had to decide whether we were going to take a zero or a nero because we sure as shit weren't waking up in time to do the planned 12.

So we stayed in the shelter till noon with yoohoo and ghost and an old dude named Don playing heads up on Becca's phone. It was awesome.

Perhaps we made a mistake in going for 6 because all we did was get soaked and we didn't really affect our agenda to get out of the smokies that much. Oh well. Call it a character development exercise.
