Pretty good miles. 18.9
We had a big decision to make regarding camping at a famous shelter on a pond with swimming and a caretaker on site that purportedly makes blueberry pancakes.in the morning. But it was.half a mile off trail and didn't match our mile goals. So we somehow resisted the temptation of upper goose shelter.
Seeing more familiar hikers somehow. Not sure what's going on, but we seem to be catching up?
Got to another pond. Jungle though. No good camping but getting dark so we pitched at the only.site we could find, basically right on the trail.
